Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the H&F Coop (the “Platform”), an internal business operations platform operated by H&F Exteriors (“H&F,” “we,” “us”) at hfext.com. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Authorized access only

The Platform is a private business tool. Access is granted by invitation to H&F employees and to specific outside partners and vendors, and only to the modules and data each account is expressly granted. You may use the Platform only for authorized H&F business purposes and only through the account provided to you.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of that account and for all activity under your access. Do not share your access, and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or revoke access at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Access data or features you have not been authorized to use.
• Copy, export, or disclose data from the Platform except as needed for your authorized work with H&F.
• Attempt to probe, scan, reverse engineer, disrupt, or circumvent the security or access controls of the Platform.
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data except as expressly permitted.
• Use the Platform in violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

Confidentiality and data

Information available through the Platform, including business, customer, and operational data, is the confidential property of H&F. You must keep it confidential and use it only for your authorized purpose. Your use of the Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by H&F and its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any ownership of the Platform or its content.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ends immediately.

Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, H&F will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
